Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
